Suyog Suresh Awati hails from the serene village of Kini in the Hatkanangle taluka of Kolhapur district. After completing his Diploma and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur, Suyog pursued a successful career in a reputed company. However, his heart was set on something different—his love for food led him to leave the corporate world and pursue his passion in the food business.
After dabbling in various ventures like coffee shops, selling tea powder, and spices, Suyog had his eureka moment in 2019. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he realized that a great business could be built with minimal capital. Thus, Engineers Panipuriwala was born—a brand that blends innovation with tradition, offering delicious and clean panipuri to all.
Suyog’s vision is not only to serve quality food but to empower others. By 2030, he aims to create employment for over 10,000 people through his franchise model. Recognized for his contributions, Suyog was honored with the Business Revolution Award by Dainik Walwa Kranti.
